The session will be an interactive exploration of the holistic benefits of healthy eating. You will be invited to create the elements of a “Rainbow On A Plate” for a balanced nutritious meal. You will learn about the sources of energy for our body and breathing techniques for well being and conclude with a meditation to express our gratitude to the universe. The Session is led by Dr Sujata Sriram, NHS practitioner & Art of Living Facilitator.
Entry is £ 5 for the event to cover organisation costs.
OPTIONAL: Herbal teas will be available & participants may bring vegetarian nibbles to share.
