Breathe-Meditate-Connect Celebrating Scottish Interfaith Week, is organised by Glasgow Caledonian University Student Wellbeing.
The online session includes a guided meditation led by Dr Sujata Sriram, Facilitator for the Art of Living Scotland and Spiritual Chaplain GCU, timed to fit with the global Climate Change Conference COP26 in Glasgow and in keeping with the 2021 theme for Scottish Interfaith Week: “Together for Our Planet”

Suitable for beginners. Participants can be seated comfortably on a chair or sofa. A yoga mat is not required.
