Learn about Fasting Traditions within Cultural and Faith Communities

Come alone to a multicultural speed networking event to explore the traditions behind fasting in faith communities and the health and wellbeing benefits of fasting.
Bahá’í, Christian, Hindu, Jain, Jewish and Muslim speakers will host and take questions. Refreshments will be offered.
This is a partnership event between East Renfrewshire Faith Forum and East Renfrewshire Equality Forum.
