This experiential workshop will explore mental health within a Pagan context. Mirroring both the therapeutic process and Pagan practice, we will create a space for reflection on mental health, Paganism, and how faith can be supportive of a person’s wellbeing.

Within this liminal space we will consider how spiritual practices may help us to care for our mental health and how these practices may be understood from a psychotherapeutic lens. The aim for this workshop will be for participants to reflect on their relationship between mental health and belief and to develop an understanding of Paganism.

This experiential workshop will have creative and group activities. You are welcome to participate as much as you would like to.

This event will be at the Quaker Meeting House, 7 Victoria Terrace, above, Victoria St, Edinburgh EH1 2JL.
